So Emma said that we need to keep asking Mum questions about what happened that night because she's suffering from Obliviation spell damage, and she might be able to remember things if we keep pressing her. I hate seeing her crying, though, and she gets rather upset when we ask her about that night. If it'll get us answers, though, we have to do it. We really need to find out the truth. Once we know what happened, we'll have a better chance of figuring out what happened to Dad and where he might be.
I hope she remembers soon.

Of course there would be an impromptu Halloween party somewhere, and I wouldn't have a costume. Just my luck! Hmmmm, what can I be? I was thinking perhaps a pirate. I'd make a very dashing pirate, and I appreciate any excuse at all to carry around a sword and wear an eyepatch.
What are you wearing for Halloween? I imagine you have some rather brilliant costume ideas.
Also, thank you for dinner. Any time you and the family want to come over, just let me know, and I will put something together. I don't often get to cook for very large groups.

What time is this fancy dress party of yours starting and what is your preference for alcoholic beverage? Or should I just close my eyes and pick a bottle or two and bring them along? Also is there any food you might like me to bring along? I have nothing at all to do while I sit around and attempt to figure out what to wear.
